What is FLP all about?

FLP is an online opportunity that enable their members to earn money (if successful) with training to help overcome the most common challenges, pitfalls, doubts, fears and problems that most people normally go through when starting a home based business for the first time.

FLP sell health and beauty products.

The compensation plan (marketing plan) pays commissions that allow members to create an online income from home.

FLP is about a lot of product movement. Aloe Vera is the main ingredient in most of their products.

FLP is a Multi-Billion Dollar network marketing company. It falls under MLM, although FLP also hold DSA award. MLM stands for Multi-Level-Marketing. DSA stands for Direct Selling Association.

They manufacture and sell hundreds of wellness and beauty products. And they own their Aloe plantations, manufacturing and packaging plants and storage facilities.

Their international headquarters is in Scottsdale, Arizona.

There are over 10 million FLP distributors in over 150 countries worldwide.

FLP also offer incentives to the most achievable distributors in a calendar month. Such as cars, holidays, invites to rally’s etc.

FLP go by this motto:

Be your own boss.  Be in business for yourself, but not by yourself.

Help your friends and family look better, feel better and live the life of their dreams!

What Products does FLP Sell?

Bee Products

Drinks

Nutrition

Personal Care

Skin Care

Weight Management

Make-Up

Combo-Packs (mixture of some products put together)

How Much Does it Cost to Join?

The cost of becoming a distributor for FLP is free however the minimum purchase amount is $100.

In other words, it’s free to get your Distributor ID number but to get cracking you need to purchase at least $100 USD to get products delivered.

You would need to stay active in order to collect your monthly commissions from your downline (people in your team).

In Network Marketing companies, there is normally an active and non-active status.

In this case, you would be considered non-active if you did not achieve at least the monthly 4cc required. (cc = Case Credit). 1cc is roughly $125.

You can acquire 4cc by either, purchasing products wholesale from the company and selling them at the recommended retail price and make yourself a profit along the way (up to 43%).

OR you sponsor some people OR both.

Definition of a CC.

Case Credit: a value assigned to each product to calculate sales activity to determine advancements, bonuses, awards and earned incentives for the FBO as set forth in the FLP Marketing Plan.

One Case Credit is awarded for each one hundred and forty‐five dollars ($145) wholesale of sales activity as reflected by product purchased from the Company. All Case Credits are calculated on a Month by Month basis.

What is the Compensation Plan?

The comp plan is as follows. Be warned: it is long and complex. I’ve only done as far as Manager because in FLP, that seems to be the first milestone you must reach.

FLP Compensation Plan

The Pros and Cons

Pros:

Good products and company.

Good life-changing testimonials.

Been able to work when you want and been independent within the system from others.

Platform already set up for you.

Once you achieve, let’s say supervisor position, you keep this position indefinitely.

If you achieve even the highest position according to the comp plan, you can ‘’leave’’ FLP for even years, come back and still hold that rank.

Can scale your business up.

Worldwide (wherever FLP are accepted).

Solid proven comp plan in place.

The company is just short of 38 yrs old meaning it’s solid.

Money back guarantee.

Cons

Must depend on your sponsor to train you.

If sponsor is not competent, you depend on your upline.

Little or no tools or support. You depend on your own will for survival to succeed.

Products are extremely expensive.

Need to shift a lot of products or sign up a lot of prospects to make good money every month.

No streamlined training in place. Although training events are in place (depending on the distributor holding them).

Little training on products in place.

Little training on the marketing plan in place.

Little training on how to approach, close and train prospects in place (some high income earners are unreachable).

No streamlined way of keeping ALL distributors in the loop regardless of country, of the changes to the products, prices or anything else made.

Article Conclusion

Like every other MLM company out there, FLP have their pros and cons. There is probably ways of making good money with them but as per my research, a lot of the drive to succeed will have to come from yourself.

There are other MLM companies on the market that cost less on a monthly basis to be active and are around a long time BUT their products might not be as good.

At the end of the day regardless of what company you join, what product they offer, if you want to make money online, build a brand, have a nice monthly income, there is no shortcut. You have to work hard and smart.
